HydraWater Shipping Policy
SHIPPING CARRIERS
HydraWater ships orders using trusted shipping carriers. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary. HydraWater is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other circumstances outside of our control.
RETURNED SHIPMENTS & RESHIPMENT POLICY
Once an order has been invoiced and shipped, all sales are final.
If a shipment is returned due to carrier-related issues that are beyond the control of both the customer and HydraWater, the returned products will be inspected upon receipt.

Saleable goods will be reshipped at no additional product cost.

Damaged goods will be handled in accordance with HydraWater’s Product Replacement and Warranty Policy.

Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery and must include supporting evidence (photos and/or documentation).
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. HydraWater is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Customers are also responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable import, customs, and local regulations.
SHIPPING RATES

Orders over $80 qualify for free small parcel shipping.

Orders under $80 will have applicable shipping rates calculated and displayed during checkout.
Free shipping eligibility is based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping fees. Shipping rates and promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Orders containing multiple items may ship in multiple parcels and may include multiple tracking numbers, carriers, and delivery dates for a single order.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES

HydraWater does not ship to PO Boxes.

All shipping addresses must be verifiable prior to order submission.

Items are shipped together whenever possible.

If an item is out of stock, it will be removed from your order and refunded, and the remaining items will ship as scheduled.
While transit delays can occur, HydraWater makes every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has shipped, HydraWater is not responsible for carrier delays. During peak or high-volume periods, tracking updates may take longer than usual. If tracking shows movement but is delayed at a carrier facility, customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly. Our team is always available to assist as needed.
